Without a doubt, either of these tools are wonderful for nasal irrigation. My naturopathic doctor recommended the neti pot to me, and I don't suffer from allergies. It really clears my sinuses and is easy to use. Whether you're using a traditional neti pot or a modernized one like the aforementioned Nasopure, the mixing solution is the same: salt and water.
